I don't know about you but I get SNACKY during the day, especially when my toddler thinks he needs a snack every couple of hours!
My solution? Having easy to grab snacks that aren't loaded with sugar or TOO bad for you ;).
My toddler knows where his snack bucket is in the fridge and cupboard. I portion them out into baggies so they are easy to grab when we are headed out the door to run errands, go to church, or headed to the babysitters.
Some of our favorites:
-Annie's Homegrown Snacks (Cheddar Bunnies, bunny grahm's, etc. Available at Wal-Mart)
-Granola bars (Larabar, Kind, Cliff). Look for bars with simple ingredients that you recognize (the less, the better), natural sugar, and no soy.
-Popcorn (air popped is best)
-Raisins and other dried fruit
-Fresh fruit
-Whole grain crackers
-Greek yogurt (Chobani has greek yogurt tubes for kids as well.)
