I have a goal for myself.
I want to establish better routine's for myself and for my family.
Routine's are so important.
They help us use our time wisely and get things DONE so we have MORE TIME to do more of what we love.
This is my morning routine I am striving to stick to:
-6AM- wake up, T25 workout
-Oatmeal & Scripture Study
-Personal Development
-Morning snuggles and checking challenge groups
-Morning walk (my THERAPY!)
-Shower, Shakeology
^^^All of this done by 8:30 and I am ready to conquer my day!
