How do you FEEL? What are your DREAMS and GOALS?
Meditation and reflection are important in identifying our emotions, our dreams, our goals and also in REACHING them. They help us see where we are in our lives and figure out what we need, what we want, and where we want to go.
My favorite way to do this is to go for walks! They are so relaxing and rejuvenating. I have time to plan my day, focus on my goals, and think about my dreams. (All of course while trying to keep a little boy happy with granola bars, tractors, and sippy's ).
I challenge you to set aside a time each day to meditate and reflect and see how it changes your life!
