Fight Like a Girl: My Crohn's Story

I get messages on a daily basis from people asking me about my Crohn's Disease, my story, and how I am treating it. I made this video in hopes that someone can RELATE, find HOPE, and get the COURAGE to take control of their health in whatever way they need to.
It has NOT been easy getting to this point and I had to do what I felt was best for me and my body. And that is SO different for everyone. But the main thing is that I made the CHOICE to TAKE CONTROL and figure out how I could be the healthiest, happiest version of myself!
To all of my Crohnie friends and people who are suffering from gut issues, chronic illnesses, or autoimmune diseases- there IS HOPE! You CAN be happy and find PEACE and JOY in your life. YOU decide what you make of each day.
