Pregnancy Update!
26 weeks
Feeling great!
Still drinking Shakeology.
Walking 2 miles 5-6 days a week.
Alternating between TurboFire and T25 workouts.
Back pain is non-existent ONLY when I do the STRETCH workouts and walk...they are lifesavers!!
Weight gain- almost 10 lbs. Now I weigh what I did at the BEGINNING of my pregnancy with Bodey. Love it.
Medication- I am COMPLETELY OFF OF MY CROHN'S MEDS! So far so good, BUT I have had a couple of days where I haven't ate the best and I can really feel it. So I am watching what I eat closer so I know what feels good and what doesn't!
Can't wait to meet this little guy!
