Can I just say that pregnant chicks ROCK? 
I am just finishing up a challenge group and in it is a friend of mine who I have looked up to for years. She is an amazing wife, and mommy to 4 with one on the way. Throughout the challenge she has reached her goals and pushed through even with all of life's business. She is the ultimate example of "NO EXCUSES"!
Last week at 34 weeks pregnant she did a color run 5k! AND she did it in 40 min- which is fantastic for a 34 week pregnant girl who didn't start this fitness journey until her second trimester of pregnancy. So cool.
Another amazing thing about her (I love to brag  ) she LOST INCHES during this challenge! That's right people, you CAN get into BETTER SHAPE WHILE PREGNANT!
NO EXCUSES!

It is such a blessing to get to be a part of my challengers health and fitness journey's. I think I get more from it some days than they do, so THANK YOU challengers for making my job fun, easy, and motivating me to be a better person! I  being a BB Coach!!!
