1) losing weight and inches! I've never lost this much before with anything else! I'm excited to be getting my lean figure back!
2) following through. In the recent past, I had a hard time working out and making it a habit. I've missed a few workouts this challenge due to some personal things, but I've never done it like this before! It's now a healthy habit!
3) learning to love and trust myself. I know I have the strength to push and to get results. I've proven it to myself and will continue to do so!"

It's hard not to brag about my fitness group challengers when they are so incredibly motivating and inspiring! I have the best challengers in the world. Seriously. (And the best job in the world, I might add!)
