I will admit, I have been SCARED to try a T25 workout. Really scared. I would tell myself "Oh, you are pregnant. Just wait until after the baby is here."
Well, today I GOT RID OF MY EXCUSES!
My mother-in-law was about to do her workout when I got to her house and we did it TOGETHER!
It was T25 Total Body Circuit.
I was so proud of myself. I was able to do all of the moves, but modified when I needed to.
And I finished the whole video!
Yes, I was SWEATING. And it FELT SO GOOD!
I see many T25 workouts in this pregnant chick's future.
You can do ANYTHING! Start by GETTING RID OF YOUR EXCUSES!
