Anxiety related to plan surgery
Purpose: anxiety can be resolved
with outcomes as follows:
- the patient is able to express feelings.
- the patient may note a decrease in anxiety or fear.
- the patient can relax and sleep comfortably.
Interventions:
- Monitor physical response, such as fatigue, changes in vital signs and movements are repetitive.
- Advise the patient and family express and express fear.

Rationale:
