A New Year

Well Christmas and New Year's eve is over for another year.  It was really neat to receive so many good wishes from folks around the world.  I guess it is unfortunate that it is Crohns Disease that has brought us together but that is the reality of the situation.
Looking forward to 2012.

2012 I will again be teaching classes on worry, anxiety and panic attacks and looking forward to that as well.
